The owner doesn’t know how to behave with customers. I think he need a course for customer service. Everything was good except the behaviour of the owner
Very quick and efficient in getting parts and also very easy and simple to pay, I was in and out within 10mins. Will be back with my Audi again :)
Very happy with the service. Also owner was kind enough to help me with the coolant at an emergency time and he didn’t charged me anything for that. Highly recommended.
They told me to come but they gave me a totally different part. They still lied saying that the part numbers are the same, in fact, they are totally different. They even yelled at customer, and even swore at me. I do not recommend this place. Even when you call them in advance and they say that they have what you need, they might give you something else upon your arrival and just say sorry. Waste of time dealing with these people.
If you ever want to experience what it feels like to be treated rudely, as if the person speaking to you is the "CEO of Audi," this is the place to go! The attitude and lack of basic courtesy are astounding. It seems they believe customers should feel privileged to even walk into their shop. The dismissive tone, unhelpful responses, and sheer arrogance make it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respect or professional
