This is Jon..The artists are the ones that guarantee their own work, not the studio. The studio insists that they do free touch ups on their work if the client comes back in a reasonable time-frame.. Most tattooist don't guarantee their work for life. If you had come in within a year or so, I'd have just taken care of it, but it's been at least 10 years as you have stated.
