My wife (who had just lost her sister) and her mother (who just lost a daughter) went in to try to order a spray for the casket. And granted it was last minute because this was a tragic accident and not something planned for. But owner was very rude and showed no sympathy. Pretty much saying wasn’t worth her time for only the one flower. Which if that’s the case, fine.. but there are nicer ways to say things. The family flower spray for my mom's casket yesterday was so beautiful, it took my breath away when I saw it for the first time. Oh my word, it was beautiful and so many visitors said the same thing! It...was...beautiful. I was so happy with it in that it honored my mother so well. It was a spray of pink roses with white carnations and went beautifully with the gray and pink casket. These people are top notch professionals!
