My wife (who had just lost her sister) and her mother (who just lost a daughter) went in to try to order a spray for the casket. And granted it was last minute because this was a tragic accident and not something planned for. But owner was very rude and showed no sympathy. Pretty much saying wasn’t worth her time for only the one flower. Which if that’s the case, fine.. but there are nicer ways to say things. The most beautiful arrangement to honor my mother brought so much warmth and love during such a difficult time. The attention to every detail was incredible.
