the old women messed up my 2 yrs old daughter bangs we specifically old her to stop at her eyebrows and she kept cutting looking like a 2 year old cut her own hair. The lady with tattoos did an incredible job with my 9 months old first haircut!
What horrible staff, I couldn't even get my hair cut because the lady working there kept asking what style I wanted when I couldn't be anymore clear to what I wanted. I wanted my head cut and shaved to one inch and that's it. How hard is that? The Lady was staring at me like I was nuts! All I wanted was a haircut! I did try to rephrase what I wanted to see if she could understand me but that didn't work. She just became increasingly rude.
