Everyone is very friendly, and they do a great job.
⭐ 1 star – Terrible customer service The store gave my sister the wrong product (their mistake), and when she went back to exchange it, the young man working there was rude and disrespectful. Instead of fixing their error, he called the police, took pictures of our license plates, and my sister even received a warning banning her from the store — all over a $20 shampoo she never got. Check your items before leaving this place. They don’t take responsibility and will escalate a simple mistake into a big problem.
1 star – Terrible service and zero accountability I’m sharing what happened to my sister so other customers can be aware. My sister went to buy a shampoo for my mom, but the employee made a mistake and handed her a conditioner instead. My sister didn’t realize the error until she got home.
