I had both the dryer vent and ductwork looked at, and the service was very helpful. I appreciated having the condition of each area explained and the buildup properly addressed.
Good experience from the first call through the finished service. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my questions clearly. The air duct cleaning was thorough and the work area was left clean, with no pressure to add services I did not request.
My HVAC system had not been serviced in quite some time, so I appreciated the thorough approach. The air duct cleaning was handled carefully, and I felt confident about the work performed.
We scheduled the cleaning while preparing the house for a new season. The technician worked through the ventilation system methodically and explained the maintenance recommendations afterward.
