they were great there. They had great service and we’re gentle on your nails and I got exactly what I wanted and I would totally go again. : )

I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted which was long almond milky pink with stars. The nail tech than proceeds to cut down the tips and make them look terrible. So at this point I can’t say anything because if I did she would have to star the whole process over. After that she puts the builder gel and piles it up into a huge fat glob. I was a customer for over two years and decided to leave to Star Nails, which is in the same plaza. Although Nicole and Bo do a GREAT job with Nails, their Customer Service is not good at all. They up-charge for everything small thing, even an extra layer of polish, if you request it, and they’re never happy about having to do a design, because they will try to discourage you from wanting to get it done by either telling you it’s too hard or too expensive to accomplish.
