We transferred to this office because our previous provider no longer participated with my insurance. We had 1 cleaning which was fine. I brought my son back with a suspected cavity. It was found that a previous filling had fallen out and the dentist recommended putting a cap on it because there was more decay. My son had a cavity filled previously with no issues.
