My hair got simply overcooked. It broke leaving me with choppy lumps of hair. Do not risk it, go elsewhere. I was offered to purchase an over the counter conditioner as a solution.

been going here for years. family owned, with a great environment. the lady there has been coloring my hair every month and I love it. the barber does my kids hair and they actually like their haircuts
I just moved to Cathedral City. I heard that this shop did really good manicures and pedicures. I have been trying to get an appointment (their sign says "Walk-Ins Welcome-ha ha!) for over a month. The man that answers the phone is rude, uncommunicative, impatient and confrontational. Today I called and he referred me to a different phone number. When I called the guy that answered was so unprofessional, I dont even think he said the name of the shop. Sounded like he was asleep......
