DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a wedding May 2020 which was canceled due to Covid and she is refusing to give us ANY of our money back and refusing to provide another wedding coordinator to take her spot. The owner has been nothing but rude, disrespectful and after being a nurse fighting Covid for the last 2+ years I’d expect a tiny bit of decency with at least a partial refund!!!! 1000$ down the drain 😢. Don’t waste your money or risk ruining your important events with this company!!
Annette and her team are very creative. They carry they freshest product. Highly recommend.
**Buyer Beware** Annette Hernandez (Owner) will NOT work with you if you change dates. They will take your ENTIRE deposit and not return it. Did we have a signed contract...yes. Did we move our dates due to Covid...yes (who didn't). We were told many many times "I understand, we are here for you both when you are ready to move forward". Not only did we trust Annette when she told us these things we also paid her close to $1,000 for our deposit. Locally owned! Support small businesses. This one especially. Great costumer service, product, services (weddings, birthdays and other events) and prices on everything in the store.
If you want a stress free and gorgeous wedding with amazing florals, you have to go with Annette & her team. Before the wedding she was responsive, accommodating, and worked with our budget. Everyone at our wedding commented on how wonderful Just 2 Sweet Events was. We hired them as a wedding coordinator, florist, bartender, and she was lovely enough to include her assistant and an extra staff member. You all were truly amazing and I thank you so much for making our wedding so memorable and wonderful.
