This is genuine STL barbecue with the STL hometown charm. This is a family owned business, and they not only have FANTASTIC BBQ, they are very friendly, outgoing people. They are currently also running the food service at the Lowe’s in Tarpon, and they provide great food and great service each and every time! The wife and I are both from STL as well, and this BBQ reminds me of the great food we had back home…if only they had Toasted Ravioli and some Imo’s Pizza (actually Cecil Whittaker’s) they’d have to chase me off every d... read more
Jerome helped me with a catering order and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. And the food—absolutely off the charts! The flavors of the chicken, collard greens, yams, and coleslaw were outstanding. Every bite was delicious. I can’t wait to track down the next food truck location for another round of amazing STL cuisine!
