Terrible customer service! My first time booking with them I was unaware of their booking process so I texted to ask about it. I was met with an “annoyed” response. How are you upset with someone for asking what and where their money is going to? I paid for half the service and got a confirmation email stating my appointment was “pending”… I’ve never experienced that before so I just wanted to ask about it to make sure I didn’t do anything wrong on my end.
