Terrible customer service! My first time booking with them I was unaware of their booking process so I texted to ask about it. I was met with an “annoyed” response. How are you upset with someone for asking what and where their money is going to? I paid for half the service and got a confirmation email stating my appointment was “pending”… I’ve never experienced that before so I just wanted to ask about it to make sure I didn’t do anything wrong on my end. Frankie provided me with a simple and elegant haircut a I got lots of compliments. I was so happy with my hairstyle that I will be booking with Frankie again
I won't let anyone else touch my hair. Frankie is the best. Fantastic colorist and stylist. And if you are going natural (either going curly, nixing the dye, or both) she will help you transition. My curls have never looked better.
