My whole family goes here. The doctors are great, the front desk help is amazing. I have only had problems with one of their girls that helps with the glasses but was able to get it fixed. All in all I wouldn't go any where else.
Dr. Farrar is an excellent doctor. The receptionists are welcoming and very nice! I never have to wait long either and I like that they have flexible hours and work great with your schedule.
Doctors are amazing! Office staff not so much... Even after showing them what my insurance would pay I had to pay in full for glasses for my daughter! $600+ to be able to take them home before insurance came back! I have been waiting for about a month now for my $470 refund. Every time I call I get a different excuse! Never again will I purchase glasses or contacts through this office! Still waiting!
