Roach infested
Doesn’t fix anything only pretends to or say they can’t then tries to charge you $50 each time for something they can’t said they can’t fix brown leakage on closet & they say they don’t know where it’s from , police always in & out kids screaming & running everywhere , dumpster is filthy, don’t apply here. Not worth it for $1884. Paint breaking off in tub they ignored it. Stained tub no matter what you clean it with it won’t go away.
Make sure you join a tenant union if you want to get repairs and pest control taken care of.
Full of cockroaches and a bunch of tweakers. Do not move here!
