This is what I found after I had moved in.
The place was infested with roaches from day one. A water leak in the bathroom caused half the ceiling to cave into the bathtub and toilet. It should be condemned.
The NEW MANAGER doesn’t do anything. She’s rude and doesn’t help any tenants that ask for help. She acts uninterested and she honestly needs a class on professionalism because she lacks that. I don’t know why she was even hired to begin with, but she needs more training.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The new apartment manager here is completely unprofessional and does the bare minimum (if that). She spends most of her time sitting at a desk/walking around talking to residents like it’s recess at school while maintenance issues and community concerns are ignored. The property is not well maintained, and it's clear there's no real oversight happening.
