Great experience for young kids. Safe and socially distant. Staff was very safe and respectful of covid protocols.

My family went to the drive thru Jurassic Quest 1/9 in St. Pete. My 3,4 and 10 year olds loved it! The wait was long, but they waited patiently and they were so excited when we finally got to the dinosaurs. I felt the cost was on point considering it was per carload, I am sure it was much more pre covid. I do have 2 suggestion, since the wait line is so long I would suggest having vendors for food and souvenirs throughout the drive in portion and not at the very end when people are ready to go and have other people waiting t... read more

We (husband, I, and two kids ages 4 and 8) waited for 1.5 hours in line before we ever saw our first dinosaur. There are no partitions or decor or anything up so your basically driving in circles around a parking lot looking at dinosaur statues and a sea of brake lights... Some have limited movement. The audio tour was nice and the kids said it was ok. This could have been so much better with a little more planning and effort. the lack of ambiance and organization killed this event for me. Someone missed a great opportunity.

Business response:

We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we regret that we missed the mark. We work very hard to bring a quality family event to people all over North America and we will continue to use the constructive criticism provided to continue to better our events. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future.

We had a great time today. Kids ages were 3 & 6. Both so excited & loved it. Husband & eldest loved the audio Dino facts. Really well organized & friendly staff. Great time! Only feedback would be would have loved a flyer at start of retail items & prices to choose something on the way. Since it’s drive thru at end there’s no time to look & think what to get so we didn’t buy anything so a flyer would have been great at start! Thanks for a great experience!

Very pricey ($60 and no special prize), we didn’t make our time slot (traffic) and it was boring! My son did like the event, but it shouldn’t just be for kids. Adults want to enjoy things like this too. Just my honest opinion and maybe the prices can be lowered...

Business response:

Our event is geared towards the 2 to 10 age group, but we appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback as it helps us to improve our events.
