Shannon was beyond helpful and professional. He was transparent about his cost and gave us plenty of options to let us make a fully informed decision. Contractors often get a bad reputation but Shannon is for sure the outlier.
They were extremely accommodating to us and our time frame for completion of our pergola. The job was not close to Sioux Falls but that didn’t stop them from coming every day until the job was completed. Their communication was great and did what they said they would do. We love the product. Workers were very personable. All round a great experience.
We were absolutely thrilled with the quality and professionalism of Juranek Home Improvements. We selected Juranek to build our front deck as well as our back deck. These were big projects which included multiple sets of stairs as well as railing. We loved being able to see the products in the showroom and make decisions while seeing the final materials that would be installed. I would highly recommend Juranek construction. They arrived when they said they would and did a fabulous job building a new deck for me. The foreman asked me several times if I had questions and said to let him know if I did. The crew were all so very polite! The work is beautiful and they cleaned up after they left. I know if I have any issues down the road, I know I can contact them and will respond to me. Top-notch!
