I order pickup a couple of nights ago for a small pizza and a salad. I arrived at the pickup time exactly (we are from out of town and had nothing else to do). I noticed the box wasn’t hot and it was sitting waiting for me when I arrived. I opened the pizza immediately in the car and sure enough not hot or even warm. If it was ready earlier than the pickup time it would be good to know or at least have it in a warmer. Jupiter’s exceeded all expectations this evening as our party of seven ventured out for a birthday dinner. Our first experience eating out since COVID-19, they did everything perfectly. The manager was absolutely wonderful at accommodating our every need and request. Plus, we had the normally-crowded game room to ourselves so the kids were able to play without being crowded. Overall, our experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Friendly staff! Guy behind the bar was fantastic! Food was delicious! Played a few games downstairs and they had someone cleaning as soon as we would leave a game. Thank you!

We had the best experience today for Father’s Day lunch. No wait time, plenty of patio seating. Wonderful service & the food was delicious. Our server was sweet, prompt, & even helped me clean up when my toddler split her drink. If you’re looking for a great dining experience in Champaign, come to Jupiter’s at the Crossing!

We have been going to Jupiter’s for a few years. We decided to order pickup today and set our pick up time for 5:30pm. We drive from Le Roy to get their food. We show up at 5:28 and my husband waited inside until 6:17pm. I have worked in customer service and I understand if you are busy. But when you make someone wait for over 45 minutes and don’t try and make it right somehow, that is sad. We got home and our order was wrong on top of it. Food is always great! My kids love playing in the arcade. Great atmosphere. It's a win all the way around for this family of 4! 😊
