Wound care here is a 10+. Entire team is amazing from greeting , treatment to follow up instructions.
My wife received outpatient, non-emergency treatment at JMC's Wound Care center in May/June. While the wound care staff was good and professional, JMC surprised us with ~$11,000 in charges that were in addition to the bills we paid to wound care. These charges were excessive, duplicative, contained hidden "facility fees" that were never disclosed prior to care, and used incorrect billing codes. I just finished several weeks of wound care at Jupiter hospital and must comment about how professional and effective the department is. Dr. Suresh Kacham along with all of the nurses and supporting staff were exceptional. Besides being clinically effective, their coordination with the visiting nurses was perfect. We are so fortunate to have that service available to us.
Dr Kacham and the entire team did a fantastic job in taking care of a significant wound on my wife’s shin. We highly recommend them.
Dr Kacham and the Lovely Nurses at the Jupiter Wound Center were incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. They treated my elderly mother with the utmost care and respect, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and make her feel comfortable. Her wound has healed beautifully thanks to their expert treatment. We are so grateful for their dedication and highly recommend them.
