I responded to an AC tune up special. The guy came out and serviced but was only interested in SELLING ME a new unit. Mine is a whopping 7 years old. I told him it's working fine and only looking for a tune up. He said it had all kind of code violations (installed by a very reputable AC company) and the drain was all wrong and they would fix everything with a new unit. there is a woman Vivian Ekey who says you took her money and promised her filters for her air conditioner. She states you took her money and didn't give her any filters...this is theft... PLEASE get in touch with her and clear up any misunderstanding you have with her.

I am completely dissatisfied with the horrible communication and response to my 93 year old mother in Palm Beach Gardens. She has not had air conditioning for several months. They have been to the house numerous times and have done nothing because they have ordered the wrong part. This is very unprofessional and unreliable. She has a service contract that I guess is a total rip off by them. I hope the BLACK MOLD is not growing as we speak. FIFTEEN OR MORE YEARS CUSTOMER WITH JUPITER TEQUESTA. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. First called today to my complaint that of my 3 A/C units that were checked on July 12 by technician Wm. for my semi-annual check had hoses leaking. Could not get customer service person to speak to. Many minutes went by and no one came to phone. Called back few minutes later and would you believe it waited over 20 minutes and no one came to phone again. Often the response ' we're sorry'.
