I love this boutique! They have the most unique goods and beautiful clothing you won’t find anywhere else in Ashland. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It’s one of my favorite places to shop.

I really like this store and have been coming for many years. However, my experience today was not a good one. The girl behind the counter was snobby, unfriendly and inattentive. When I was checking out with my purchase, I said “isn’t this so cute”?? She said “it’s ok” which literally burst my bubble. If you are the shop owner reading this, please do better and train your employees to be friendly to paying customers.

Do not buy anything from this store! I bought a purse and when I was checking out I asked for the receipt, the woman at the register said okay and proceeded to crumple up the receipt and throw it in the trash( I later had to come back to ask for my receipt and she looked like she had been caught it a sceme). I later came to realize when I got home that the straps were not detachable so I decided to return it. On their website it said they take returns within 2 weeks of the purchase. Such a special and beautiful spot! I had such a great experience walking around and looking at all the lovely items. The environment is so lovely and the perfumes and clothes are so special and items that are hard to find elsewhere! Mariyah was incredibly helpful and her energy, kindness and knowledge about the merchandise made me want to come back and bring my friends :)
