Called and the person that took call did not even give time of day.
WOW! Fantastic, precise service and such a pleasant, easy plumbing experience! Spoke to the company after lunch and received a call back saying they were on their way later that afternoon. Same day service without any additional cost! Worked quickly and offered tips and suggestions on how to avoid a potentially devastating flooding situation inside the house. He is determined to get the job done right the first time. He lets you know exactly what the problem is and the approach he took to fix it. He is fair and reasonable.

Very unprofessional and bad attitude. I did not agree with their recomendations and was told that i had to anyway. When I explained that I did not want to use their services, I overpaid their show up fee and they took off and did not give me my change......$5.00. A real scum bag!
