loooveee this place! i was rushing into the city from burlington and i called - booked a very last min appt - which i always avoid doing since its inconsiderate to the staff - but they were nice enough to squeeze me in! i am so grateful and my nail tech harry was the sweetest! hamilton gem !!!
I had such a great experience at this salon! The nail tech took her time to make sure every detail was perfect and helped me choose a color that looks amazing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Broke my nail. I went here to get my acrylic wedding nails (done somewhere else) taken out. The lady that was doing it just kept drilling and there was little to no acetone soaking involved. She also took a fake nail and inserted it between the acrylic and my real nail to pry it off. It ended up breaking and ripping my real nail underneath. I told her it hurt but she kept going until I pulled my hands away. She proceeded to tell me it's okay and tried to glue it back.
