The providers are careless they have zero courtesy or sense of responsibility, charged my insurance twice for a service I was not provided during my initial consultation was asked to come back for a follow up visit and now they are trying to bill me twice for a copay. Save your time and look elsewhere !
After having a procedure done at the ER the week before. The infection came back, so I came in specifically asking for help draining it again and getting antibiotics. Before I could even finish explaining, the woman at the front desk immediately said, “We can’t give you pain meds.” I never asked for pain medication. I have been here twice, and I am truly grateful for how courteous and professional every staff member has been — from the intake person, to the person taking my vitals, to the nurse practitioner. During my most recent visit, the nurse practitioner, Theo, took the time to explain in detail both my medical situation and the medications being prescribed.
