I have been here twice, and I am truly grateful for how courteous and professional every staff member has been — from the intake person, to the person taking my vitals, to the nurse practitioner. During my most recent visit, the nurse practitioner, Theo, took the time to explain in detail both my medical situation and the medications being prescribed. Go elsewhere if you don’t want to be waiting there all day to be seen. I walked in at 10am they said it would be a 45 min wait. It’s been three hours and I am still here. Horrible experience. Hopefully if I ever get seen it will be worth the wait but I highly doubt it.
Being a “snowbird” this was my first visit regarding an ear issue. Opened promptly at 8 and checked in promptly. The staff were friendly and professional. Will go there again if necessary.
Would not go here again. They tell you when you are getting registered that if you are self pay that if you pay $550 up front the cost of the entire visit is covered any medications administered, the room fee, anything like MRI or ultrasounds, blood work any lab work ECT is paid in full. However you will receive a bill in the mail for over 600$ and when you call the billing department and tell them what you were told they send your bill from review and try to add extra money onto it.
