I made an appointment in advance for a comprehensive physical examination for 9am Mar 29. When I arrived, the receptionists told me they don’t do comprehensive physical exams but only exams for work/school/sports. I showed them the information on their website saying “annual physical”. They said it’s wrong info and recommended me to contact customer service to report the misleading info. It’s totally a waste of my time and money in a Saturday morning! Especially I ubered for this trip as my car was under repair.
Sick with something and having issues with my asthma. I walk in to be check in. The blonde at the front doesn’t address me and continues with her paperwork. Ok fine. Then she decides to talk to me “What are you here for?” I said I’m there for urgent care and not feeling well. She huffs and replies “I’m behind and have 4 people ahead of you, what going on.” Ummm lady I don’t want to be here anymore than you want me there! I said never mind I’m good. She says “you don’t want to be seen.” I said no thanks, that was really rude.... read more
The schedule on Sunday is 9am to 5pm.
They have appointments which come before walk in clients. Long waits for no reason.
I was extremely happy with Jupiter Urgent Care. I actually started a a review from their email but I lost. From the first call to the time I saw Wade and Nicole, it was a welcoming, secure experience, professional experience I was diagnosed and got better. They followed up and I had a question and called which I received a professional answer. Totall professionals
