Ralphael who answers the patient information line is a ROCKSTAR. Such an amazing, calming voice that gives you the reassurance that everything will be okay. He gave great directions, information and a smile in his voice that just calms your soul. This man needs acknowledgement, appreciation and a place in management. Absolute worst emergency room care ever. Doesn't thoroughly do their jobs and you have to end up going back again. Nursing supervisor is horrible as well . This place is an absolute zero!
Caution for young women (ages 20–40): consider alternative care. I presented in September 2024 with severe, progressive multi system symptoms and returned to the ER ~6 times over six months. Despite worsening pain affecting multiple organ systems, I was repeatedly discharged without diagnosis. Care by Dr. Champigny (ER) and Dr. Hemachandran (hospitalist) was consistently minimizing of pain and dismissive. It’s a hospital so you always have to make sure you advocate for yourself but for my personal experience I had a great experience all the way from the ER to discharge. My doctors were amazing and Nurse Maloney was a superstar nurse. Thank you for your care and all that your staff does!
