It's my mission to call out bad treatment or poor customer service from South Florida hospitals, and this one just made the crap list. This hospital doesn't care about the person, the injury, the illness, or to create a plan of care. You get nothing. You get dumped outside. Your emergency room is a joke. Listen up. I recently had hip surgery here. This place is great! All of the nurses are knowledgeable and kind. One in particular, her name is Jan she works on 4th floor orthopedic. She was so kind and helpful. The place is also very clean. Highly recommended! If you can choose a hospital this is the one. Worth the drive. (I live 45 minutes away)

She was truly amazing, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was comfortable and well taken care of. I am extremely disappointed with the care my brother received in the critical care unit. He has significant mental health challenges and is unable to advocate for himself or communicate effectively. Learning that he was bathed using ice-cold water was deeply upsetting, and I personally saw the container of ice that was used.
