Great staff. Private room. Meals are like room service at a 5 star hotel. Was supposed to get PT at end of visit, not so. Biggest issue was about meds I was taking at home vs what chart read.
Absolute worst emergency room care ever. Doesn't thoroughly do their jobs and you have to end up going back again. Nursing supervisor is horrible as well . This place is an absolute zero!
It’s a hospital so you always have to make sure you advocate for yourself but for my personal experience I had a great experience all the way from the ER to discharge. My doctors were amazing and Nurse Maloney was a superstar nurse. Thank you for your care and all that your staff does!
I just brought my wife home from major surgery at this hospital. I have to say that I have unfortunately had a lot of experiences with care facilities here in the last decade, but Jupiter Medical Center stands out as an awesome facility. Everyone from the volunteers to the employees are respectful and eager to help. My wife was in CVICU after surgery and, even though they moved to the brand new patient care facility in the middle of her recovery, her care could not have been better.
