In short, so I don't waste your time with my three-day experience in the hospital, the worst hospital you could ever go to that has medical services.
i got kicked out of my room for asking for water and ice from an elderly pissed off nurse Rebecca Dean, not only was i profiled for having tattoos they definitely assumed i was under the influence of drugs so i was immediately treated like shit.i’ve never felt so mistreated at a medical center before and as someone who works in healthcare this was extremely unprofessional and downright rude as a nurse idk how you can treat someone so poorly at such a low and sickly moment in someone’s life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL their billing department is the worst ever! On January 10th I had a visit scheduled with dr. Aggarwal, before I was allowed in the examining room I was asked to pay the copay (this is the norm). I paid with a check (that was cashed). ever since I have received several invoices stating that I owe them the same balance that I had already paid (to wich they added .79 cents).... Done with JMC! My parents (80s) and I (50s) have been in this hospital about 18 times among us. We're all chronically ill and need care a few times per year. We would never think to go anywhere else. That's over. We have seen a steady decline in the ED, patient care, and overall attitude. 83 year old woman with chronic diseases and a JMC file a mile long was kept in for 5 hours in a chair in triage.
