Horrible! Was in April 11.... They set me away... Come to find out I had a tumor... Come back because I am in pain..... Security threatens me and accuses me of being a drug addict and shopping for drugs when I have been away from drugs for over 20 years followed me out into the parking lot calling me a drug addict because I ask for help and I'm in pain..... Says they are going to call the police on me.... I will never be back! Still in pain and no results! UPDATE!!!!! NEEDED SURGERY! HAD SURGERY AT JFK THIS AFTERNOON!!!!!!! ... read more
Wouldn’t not recommend Jupiter Medical, while the staff is courteous during treatment, that is where it stops. I’ve attempted to contact their financial support department several times leaving messages with “Rosa” who has not responded to any of my calls. Any calls to their “billing department” are just call centers overseas that are of no help and read off scripts and offer no actual assistance.
Had emergency surgery at Jupiter, Medical Center and I was in awe at the level of professionalism kindness and medical expertise from the nurses to the doctors and specialist and the staff in general. Amazing experience
UPDATE: 2 months later from the review and over a year from service date, have yet to have anyone contact me after reaching out EVERY single month to get it sorted out and asking for a call back from a supervisor. Upon staying at Jupiter medical center and receiving my bill, payments have been made that aren't accounted for. They will take your money, and thousands of it, but not account for payment on your chart stating that you owe more than you really do. Had surgery yesterday. Surgeon and pre-op nurse were AMAZING. Recovery nurse, then floor nurses/staff when I was admitted..well, I can honestly say I have never felt like such an imposition to be cared for and to not "be heard" by them. NO compassion, did not listen, Rude, talked down to me, negligent (medication administration), no communication and the attitude was out. of. this. world.
