Best doctors and Staff ever
Orthopedic Adult wing needs to do way more training. Learn how to say hello, learn how to introduce yourself and learn to speak and listen to patient and Family members. Mora an RN 0 personality exhibit 0 care the entire time that our mom was there. The CNAs need training in how to clean someone's bottom and not roll them so hard side to side when a 87 year old has had hip surgery. It may take a bit at first to get the right pain medication administered after a surgery or serious bone infection but once u see pain management you will be set! The staff here are outstanding and will bend over backwards to make sure u get the right medication and care!
Extremely disappointed with Jupiter Medical Center's billing department. On 10/31, I was seen in the OB ER, evaluated, and discharged after approximately two hours. The following evening, my water broke and I was admitted as an inpatient for delivery. Despite these being two separate encounters on different dates of service, Jupiter Medical Center has refused to separate the claims properly and instead bundled the OB ER visit into my inpatient admission.
