Over 8 emails on drainage issue w/ no response… I put the drain in with my landscaper at my Villa and he cut a low gauge wire - repair cost 3.00& at Home Depot. CHARGE- $480! I called the WATER WORKS and they said the value was $50. The invoice had 5 other items on it that had nothing to do with drainage (pool water feeders etc). I mailed a certified funds and certified letter for the $50. Have not heard a word since today, Jupiter Mgt was removed from Management. BE AWARE....
The worst!! Steve Skandy is the biggest liar and phony I have ever met! He sold us on a bill of goods that was inaccurate and basically lied about the services his company would provide. He knew how desperate we were to have a management company with experience and knowledge. He gave us a manager for our community by the name of Angelo that had been there for 3 weeks with no prior experience in the business. After the initial impression which was good. In retrospect Jupiter was a horrible business to work with. I would never do business with them or anybody who worked with them.
Over 30 emails on drainage issue. NO RESPONSE. I put the drain in myself at my Villa and hit a low gauge wire - repair cost 7 cents at Home Depot. They send Water Wizard (antoher 2 star operation) CHARGE:: Wait for it: $480! What the hell is this about. HELLO SMALL CLAIMS.
Not a nice company to do business with. I dislike them so much that I have decided to sell my home. I will post more with pictures at a later date.
