They Cracked my eye glasses. When asking for a remedy I was told - 'Your Glasse are no longer covered under Warranty'. Really, I could see if I cracked them but the Tech did. Then she offers to replace a Lens at half price. Now I am not a Doctor or a trained Professional but would you want one me Lens and one 2 year old Lens. ZERO Customer Service skills, especially for a loyal Customer. I won't be back.
