DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! I had a 7 am appointment with Jupiter's service department. I arrived at 6:50, the service bay opened a few minutes after 7, I checked in and was taken to work by the courtesy driver. I did not hear from them so I called them at 1 pm. I was told my car hadn't been touched. I called again at 3:30. Same story. I asked over and over if there was any chance my car would be ready by 7 pm. Cheated by Jupiter Chevrolet I recently wanted to buy a used suburban from Jupiter. I called on Tuesday morning and made an appointment for 4pm that day. We were told by the salesman he would get the keys to the vehicle at 3pm, not giving anyone else the chance to buy vehicle before us. Service department is horrible DO NOT GET YOUR CHEVY SERVICED HERE!!! I went in to get a few things fixed on my car about 10 days ago, note: it took 10 days to TRY to fix my car. They fixed some of the things like the strut and bushings. But I had (still have) a noise coming from under my car. The headlight drains my bulb on the driver side and my passenger speakers shorts in and out ( all they had to do was put the wire back on the speaker). False Advertisment My wife and I were looking for a replacement vehicle, and I have had good experences with the service department, stopped at the dealership. Our credit has some dings, and one reason was to stop in was the "Guaranteed Approval" flashing on their large billboard outside the dealership. Jupiter Chevrolet Inc Jupiter Chevrolet does not need to worry about me purchasing another car from them.I WILL NOT!!!The Trailblazer makes more noise inside than my husbands truck. The DVD player still rattles. The electric seat occasionally will not work. It has been in there multiple times for servicing. I have spoken to the GM , the service manager, and the service writer said I wrong on issues. This dealership is the worst so far in customer service to me.
Jupiter Chevrolet Inc is a good dealership. I purchased my car from Jupiter and was very pleased with the staff there. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and able to answer questions regarding my vehicle purchase.
I was very suprised I normally don't post, but after reading all of the bad posting i thought i would post a good one. I bought a used Tahoe from these guys i was very impressed with their no haggel red tag pricing. My salesman made it easy I was in and out in less than one hour. The finance manager offerd me a warranty and a few other products. Every one was very professional. I recommend this dealership highly. Thanks Jupiter Chevrolet. and God bless
