Bill was great in every way. Communication was excellent, using photos, text and calls to determine the best course of action. He arrived the very next day and though he was not feeling particularly well, he was still punctual, professional, jovial and engaging. Bill included me and my daughter in the entire process from collecting the honey cones, capturing the queen to "bagging/netting the bees". We learned so much. Bill is fantastic! Showed up the same day I called and removed a hive from an in-ground propane tank cover.
Bill, Jupiter Bee Removal, was professional, courteous, efficient, speedy, educational, and kind. He was able to remove a very large beehive from inside the walls of an old sailboat easily and efficiently. In addition, he took the time to share his knowledge about bees and showed us how to squeeze the honey from the honeycomb! Furthermore, Bill was able to save and move the bees to a safe location. A win for all! I will use again if needed and highly recommend Bill and Jupiter Bee Removal.
