RecommendedWhat separates a good hotel from a GREAT hotel is service. we had some unfortunate car problems an hour from the hotel, got terrible service from our car rental and no Uber or Lyft to be found. finally called the hotel and THEY SENT A CAR to get us and we had chilled wine in our room after a many hours ordeal. Extra thank yous to Heidi for going the extra mile. We are currently in our room and happy. 10/10 will come back!
