I brought my truck in to get a seat reupholstered. He said he had to order a piece of perforated leather and he would get back to me. Four months later no contact. I ordered a seat insert myself, but wrong item. He found the right item reportedly, and collected a $250.00 deposit, ensuring me he would get it in 2 weeks and contact me. No contact after a month, phones are not answered at location despite daily calls (try calling), no voicemail to leave a message. Ghosted and out another $250.00. They did a fantastic job. My front seat was ripped and they made it look like new again. I didn’t even know that it could be saved like this.
Very disappointing experience. The owner made promises he did not keep and after taking my deposit, missed appointments and several calls he still had no time nor interest to address the job we mutually agreed upon. I recommend you take your business elsewhere, I did.
