I have never had such awful communication issues with a healthcare facility. The app they make you use is next to useless, and the doctor I dealt with was rude and insensitive. They did completely unnecessary tests that wasted my time, and wouldn't answer my questions or address my concerns. If you can, go ANYWHERE but here.
Some staff at this clinic gave me the feeling of being on a conveyor belt. One or two seemed to be more client-focused, which I appreciated. Correspondence with the office was always a challenge though, as details were almost always missing or unclear, needing follow-up on my part. I've been a patient with chronic illness for the last 20 years, and I haven't often encountered this amount of frustration in my correspondence with clinics. Reception staff is HORRIBLE. Doctor wasn't even in the office and they had 3 patients booked. We all waited 30+ minutes. It's ridiculous. At least, keep the patients informed.
Total waste of time. OVER ONE YEAR of valuable time wasted working with this clinic. So many unanswered questions. No one getting back in touch kept to share results. Having to pester the clinic over and over to get in touch. Called a neighbouring clinic to switch over, and when I told them my negative story, they literally asked "Are you coming from Juno" because they know that Juno's reputation is bad.
