I have been shopping here since the doors opened ions ago. It is a fantastic store with exceptional employees. Today, I had a most unfavorable experience with Levi, in the shoe department. I had heard from three other regular shoppers about his arrogant attitude. It is sad that a person so unsuitable for any kind of public relations/sales position is working for this wonderful store.
