Was shocked that I could get a same day appointment. They showed up early. Didn’t try and upsell me. They honored their quote and took some small extra items so I paid them extra for that. They didn’t ask. I gave them it. Good guys. Would definitely use them again.
An amazing service yet again! They also do some moving services locally They had careful attention to moving some antique furniture from our mother’s estate house in Anaheim to Huntington Beach! Carefully delivered and on time again. Andre gratitude good sir ! Everything
They made it super easy for our club to remove the refrigerator with their prompt response. I definitely will use them when choosing to have a non working appliance removed. With a great price!!!!!
We contacted them on a Monday and were able to schedule them to come out that Wednesday to haul away a ton of stuff. We requested to change the day and time and they were super accommodating with each request. Andre and Daniel showed up and loaded up the truck. We had to do 2 hauls because of the amount of large items we had but they were great and offered to come straight back but we asked them to come back the next day because it was getting late. Everyone at Junk Solution was incredibly courteous, showed up on time, and we're very effective. The cost is based on how much of the truck is filled by your junk and the guys packing my stuff did an amazing job tertris-ing my stuff to be as compact as possible. On top of that they gave me a 15% off. If/when I ever need them again I will certainly use Junk Solutions!
