Albert and his crew were exceptional! Scheduling on my end was only a couple of days in advance. I was new to the area and working against a time crunch and needed help to move 30 years worth of stuff from our local office. Junk Smiths were easy to schedule, they were on top of the reservation reminders, and they came out ahead of time to look over the office and update their quote. I learned of Junk Smith’s via the internet while looking for someone to haul away debris. The scheduler was very helpful and had someone at the house within the hour and were finished in under an hour. The two crews were polite, courteous, and each crew member introduced themselves to us with a smile and one thanked us for the business.
