Disappointed. I used Junk king many times and always had a good experience but this time was not. The appointment was between 2 and 4, I clearly stated when booking not to call before 1 pm, well, at 12.45 received a call that they were a few minutes away from my home… I was on my way home so I walked as fast as possible. The crew handled the removal carefully, left the space clean. Pricing and payment was the issue. First quoted $228, ok; then the guy came back for payment and told me that it will be $198, good!
