Some difficulty with scheduling, especially the amount of junk to be hauled and resources needed. Attribute that partly to my failure to provide for prior visit to scope job. Very important to allow pre-visit and show them everything to be hauled and every area to be accessed in advance!! Also, advise you contact your franchise directly and not the central office with questions and instructions.
