Excellent experience. Lauanie and Duane were amazing. Efficient, and knowledgeable, and courteous . We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.
The 2 young gentlemen that did the work were professionals who were fast, detailed, and competent. I would hire them again!!!
Used them before in 2021 without a hitch. Everything went great. This time I’m not happy, was quoted $172 and was charged $270 at the end of the transaction and was told they would invoice me the bill through email and pay through the email link, but the pick up crew said it had to be paid directly after everything was picked up. The dispatch center was given the list of items to be picked up which he read back to me, but he failed to list all of the items and my son added 2 items on the day of the pick up which were small a... read more
