My experience with Junk King has always been positive. When I contacted on the afternoon of Aug 29, 2025, via text, I received an immediate response back. The manager coordinated the site visit for the following morning. When the crew missed the window originally provided, the manager called to apologize and coordinated the crew to show up within 30 minutes. They made quick work of a large pile in my garage including several dressers, a large desk, sectional sofa, 3 mattresses, and all sorts of household junk we didn't want anymore as we were preparing to move to a new home. Pricing was transparent and fair for the service provided, which included 2 guys loading and finding ways to condense the pile into their truck in 100+ degree weather. The guys were professional, courteous and efficient. The price ended up being on the higher end of the quoted range, but that’s to be expected. I would hire this team again.
I only needed one item removing from my house (at the moment!) I called Junk King and they got to me the very next day. They evaluate what you have and then give you a quote. They remove items from anywhere so you don't have to do all the shifting yourself. Thanks to Will and ----------- (sorry, my mind has gone blank on the other gentleman! They were both polite and very helpful. I will be using them again
