The team called me ahead of time, arrived at the beginning of our service window, asked a few questions, and got to work. We just had a broken artificial Christmas tree with lights to remove, and they explained their minimal fee and then encouraged me to add a few more items for the same price. A call to their office did get me a discount. Polite, efficient workers, good communication--overall a very good experience.
