There was a lack of communication regarding the arrival time for services. After calling to get an ETA, I was told I would receive a call shortly. However, I never received a call back, and my appointment window was missed. Completely unprofessional. I highly recommend using another service for junk removal. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This business is a complete waste of time.
