I’ve had a car removed from them before a few years ago & I had to harass the tow company to come pick it up because they absolutely do NOT contact you for anything. Now I am having the exact same problem, I called 2 & a half weeks ago now & was told the tow company would call within 1.5 hours. That didn’t happen, so I called them.
