10 out of 10 highly recommend!!! Mr Rufus was nice and professional. Got exactly what they quoted me! No issues! Car was towed for FREE and within the hr of calling! Driver was polite and efficient. Got a junk car just sitting ? Call Mr. RUFUS
Yeah, they give you a quote over the phone. And then when they get there to tow it, they say, because the tires don't have rims and blah blah they wanna take 50% of your quote away. After asking, why didn't they didn't tell me that over the phone, he gives another excuse, at that point, you're ready to get rid of your car so you just go with it.But be aware of that.
Fastest junk car pickup I’ve ever seen!
Excellent junk car service — five stars!
This place is awful avoid at all costs. They use bottled reviews for one, they told me for days they'd pick up my car and never did. Rufus was extreamly rude. I'll have a fine for letting it sit for so long and im taking yall to small claims court.
