I reached out and received a response the same day prompting me on the next few steps necessary for them to come pick up my totalled vehicle. All of which were relatively simple and painless. They actually waited on me and I didn't have to play phone tag or anything of the sort to get things done. Once they came and picked up the car my mind was at ease and the check was cashed.
