Customer service is great! They answer any questions that you might have. Doctor Brian is an great eye doctor! He is professional and cares about his clients. Melanie and Josephine are professional, patience, and caring people. I would highly recommend going to Pearle Vision on Boughton Rd in Bolingbrook.
I needed my glasses finished on time and I regret choosing Pearle Vision. 10 days has become 20 days, which is an absurd amount of time while my old glasses are increasingly held together with glue. Hope they stay together through the work week! I paid $600 to wait three weeks for glasses. I won't do business with this company a second time.
Spent 950.00 and 2 weeks later my glasses are not usable. No manager available for 4 more days.
No repairs or updates in the apartment since built in the 1980s yet 40% rent increase.
