Excellent service, on time, friendly pricing was good and they did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Actual junk-hauling service: 5 stars. The two young men who came to help me were fast, efficient, and helpful. Invoicing: 1 star. I did not receive any bills for months despite my repeated requests to be billed. When I finally received a bill more than three months after the appointment, it came in a nondescript, handwritten envelope with a mailing address but no identifying marks to indicate that it was from the hauling service. It's rare to get such quick and helpful service, but Junk B Gone came through! I was moving and had some large last minute items that needed to be gone. I reached out to them in the morning and by the afternoon they came and cleared out all of my junk. The team was professional, did a great job and it came at a fair price. I recommend this company and would use this again.
