Impossible to contact the office for almost a week now. I understand offices are busy due to COVID19, but at my current apartments (thirty oaks) they return phone calls within hours if they don’t answer. I sent a fb message as a last resort (after emailing and calling for consecutive days) to no avail. After this I have serious concerns as to the ability to contact management if I were to consider this place. Doesn’t seem like this amount of effort should be usual to reach someone.
This place put up an illegal handicap sign and had my vehicle towed. I had to pay over $200 plus Uber fees and had to go out during the Corona Virus outbreak due to their stupidity. My vehicle has a handicap license plates. Instead of them paying a security guard to take care of all the marijuana and all the trash being left outside of the trash bins, no they put up illegal signs to accommodate idiots. RecommendedI have resided at this property for over 3 years. I love the staff and they are always so polite. Most of the residents never want to leave because we are surrounded by nice neighborhoods. I’m very satisfied! ❤️
This place is horrible the staff is very rude and very aggresive, not personable at all.
My husband and I had the most rudest and strangest encounter while visiting here back on March 21st. Never have we been treated in such a way while ever looking for apartments. Due to this we will most definitely not be ever considering this location or a single of its sister locations something which we will be passing onto our friends and family.
