Should be a friendly community since the houses are so close when your neighbor sneezes you can say "Gesundheit." Poor guys need to have their backyards cut into with a jackhammer so they can fit their BBQ back there. That's all we hear all day. 🤣 And Over a million dollars for 1,200 sq ft attached homes? I write this in hope Lennar sees this & it helps buyer experience for others. First the good, Katie from Sales & Margaritio from service do go up & beyond!! For the most part, I like my home. I moved in 4 days ago. The bad! Escrow Buyers pay 100% of all fees which are normally split between a buyer & seller. The contract ONLY favors the builder, not the buyer. You change your mind, they will keep your deposit. They make you pay the $400 a MO HOA despite not having a single amenity built that we're paying for in our dues. I m... read more
