Swimming laps can be difficult with the lack of available lanes in evening hours. But Andy's cycling class...KILLER Great class! Good music, excellent knowledge and transfer of cycling skills and amazing intervals and training sessions. He teaches to everyone in the class too, not just a select few. If you want to improve your cycling or just general fitness, this is an outstanding session. Check the indoor cycling schedule.
This pool is awesome! Staff are super friendly and helpful!
Not enough monitoring. Waited more than an hour to use a piece of equipment.
It's always hard to do lap swim in the evening. Most of the pool is taken up by swim teams or lessons or water polo. Only 4 out of 16 lanes for everyone else.
Love Mikki ' s conditioning class Tuesday evenings. What a challenge! Love the turbo kick classes by Michelle and Diana also!
YOGA CENTRAL!!! I go to up to 4 different types of yoga classes per week.... EVERY instructor is my FAVORITE!!!!
